摘要
技术理性倡导以征服自然、控制自然为前提的人类中心主义,催动着城市经济快速发展,但也是造成城市环境污染的根源。生态理性是一种以自然规律为依据和准则、以人与自然的和谐发展为原则和目标的全方位的理性。技术理性与生态理性在思想基础上的差别,必然会在现实中呈现出物本导向与人本导向的矛盾、"越多越好"与"够了就行"的抵牾、线性经济与循环经济的对立。生态理性契合了城市环境治理的发展内核,对城市环境治理起到了基础支撑和功能引导的作用,是对技术理性的根本超越。
Technological rationality advocates the anthropocentrism on the premise of conquering and controlling nature,which drives the rapid development of urban economy,is also the source of urban environmental pollution.Ecological rationality is a kind of all-around rationality which is based on the law of nature and takes the harmonious development of man and nature as the principle and goal.The difference between technical rationality and ecological rationality on the basis of thoughts will inevitably present the contradiction between material orientation and people orientation in reality,the contradiction between ' more is better' and 'enough is ok',and the opposition between linear economy and circular economy.Ecological rationality is in line with the development core of urban environmental governance,plays a fundamental role in supporting and guiding urban environmental governance,and is a fundamental transcendence of technological rationality.
