摘要
[目的]研究冬虫夏草及人工虫草菌丝体对CCl4 所致急性化学性肝损伤的保护作用。[方法]将动物随机分成14组 ,分别是阴性对照组 ,模型对照组及冬虫夏草、蝙蝠蛾拟青霉、虫草头孢菌、蝙蝠蛾被孢霉高、中、低剂量组(3个剂量组分别为200、100和50mg/ml)。采用CCl4 建立急性化学性肝损伤动物模型 ,观察冬虫夏草及人工虫草菌丝体对模型动物的影响。[结果]冬虫夏草、蝙蝠蛾拟青霉、虫草头孢菌、蝙蝠蛾被孢霉200、100和50mg/ml3个剂量组均可以降低受试动物血清ALT、AST和MDA水平及升高血清SOD水平 ;200mg/ml组降低受试动物肝组织中TG和MDA水平及升高SOD和GSH水平。4种样品对CCl4 所致的小鼠急性化学性肝损伤均具有保护作用 ,它们的保护效果为 :冬虫夏草>蝙蝠蛾被孢霉>蝙蝠蛾拟青霉和虫草头孢菌 ,而蝙蝠蛾拟青霉和虫草头孢菌的保护效果差异无显著性。[结论]蝙蝠蛾拟青霉、虫草头孢菌及蝙蝠蛾被孢霉均可作为冬虫夏草的替代品而加以应用 。
ObjectiveThe protective effects of Cordyceps sinensis and mycelium of cultured Cordyceps sinensis on acute injury of hepatic tissue induced by Carbon Tetrachloride were studied and compared.[Methods] The mice were divided randomly into14groups which were control group,model group,three dose groups of200mg/ml,100mg/ml and50mg/ml for each of Cordyceps sinensis,Paecilomyces sinensis test samples,Cephalosporiumsinensis and Mortierella sinensis test samples.The animal model for acute injury of hepatic tissue was induced by carbon tetrachloride,and the protective effects of Cordyceps sinensis and mycelium of cultured Cordyceps sinensis on mice were observed.[Results] Three dose groups of200mg/ml,100mg/ml and50mg/ml for each of Cordy-ceps sinensis,Paecilomyces sinensis,Cephalosporiumsinensis and Mortierella sinensis could decrease the level of ALT,AST,MDA and enhance the level of SOD in serum.The200mg/ml dose group could decrease the level of TG,MDA and enhance the level of SOD,GSH in hepatic tissue.The four test samples all had protective effects on acute injury of hepatic tissue induced by carbon tetrachloride and the protective effects of Cordyceps sinensis was the strongest.The protective effect of Mortierella sinensis was stronger than that of Cephalosporium sinensis and Paecilomyces sinensis.[Conclusion] All of the Paecilomyces sinensis,Cephalosporium sinensis and Mortierella sinensis could be a substitute for Cordyceps sinensis and used generally.The Mortierella sinensis is the best substitute for Cordyceps sinensis.
