摘要
目的观察虫草多糖体外对佐剂性关节炎大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用佐剂性关节炎大鼠(AA)的免疫细胞体外给药培养并检测一些免疫指标(ConA增殖反应、IL-1、IL-2)。结果虫草多糖(10、100mg·L-1)既对AA大鼠过低的ConA增殖反应有明显的促进作用,又对AA大鼠低下的IL-2产生有明显的促进作用。但5个浓度(0.01、0.1、1、10、100mg·L-1)对AA大鼠过高的IL-1产生无明显影响。结论虫草多糖可能具有免疫增强作用。
Objective To observe effect of cordyceps POlysaccharides (CP) on immune function in adjuvantarthritis (AA) rats in vi tro. Methods Using irnmune cells culture in vitro in AA rats with CP in order to de-tect the change of ChnA-induced splenocyte proliferation. IL-1 and IL-2 synthesis. Results CP (10. 100mg·L -1 ) could not only enhance the reduced COnA-induced splenocyte proliferation, but also improve the decreasedIL-2 synthesis in AA rats. But five concentrations (0. 01,0.1 ,1,10,100 mg·L-1 ) of CP could not reduce theelevated IL-1 production of peritoneal macrophages (PMs). Conclusion CP may have immuno-enhancedfunction.
