摘要
高校科研管理是管理者为激发和约束科研系统内部的个体与群体行为而进行的合理性安排.可概括为由"三个导向、五类事项和三条规则"有机构成的一个三维结构模型.基于系统论整体性、结构性和关联性的视角,可以通过实施人文关怀、推行个性化管理、加强研究团队建设、搭建信息平台等路径优化科研管理,提升科研管理水平.
Reasonable arrangement of science research management in essence is the management of indi-viduals and groups to the internal excitation and constraint of scientific research behavior.The 3 dimen-sions structure model can be composed of three guides,five items and three rules.According to the theory of system integrity,structural and association characteristics,the implementation of humanistic care,the implementation of personalized management,strengthen team construction,construct special culture,set up information platform and other paths can be optimized for scientific research management,enhance the science research management level.
