摘要
目的探讨我国活体器官捐献来源及其存在的主要问题。方法通过查阅相关的文献总结我国活体器官捐献来源及其管理现状,分析目前存在的问题,并提出相应建议。结果中国活体器官捐献管理领域总体良好,但仍存在捐献范围狭窄,补偿机制不全,供体、受体权益保护不够完备以及宣传不足影响捐献意愿等方面的问题。结论政府应该重视活体器官捐献中的问题并从多方面完善,以促进器官移植事业发展,挽救更多患者的生命。
Objective:The purpose is to explore the source and main problems of living organ donation in China.Methods:By consulting relevant literatures,the source and management status of living organ donation in China were summarized.The existing problems were analyzed,and corresponding suggestions were put forward.Results:Although the field of living organ donation management in China had developed integrally,there are still some areas to affect donation willingness,such as narrow donation scope,incomplete compensation mechanism,inadequate protection of donor and recipient rights,and insufficient propaganda.Conclusion:In order to promote the development of organ transplantation and save the lives of more patients,it should be valued and improved in many ways,which are existing problems in living organ donation.
