摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院医学实习生器官捐献知识、意愿、态度现状及影响因素。方法2022年1-2月抽取乌鲁木齐市某三甲医院的323名年龄在18~26岁的本科四年级和五年级实习学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,调查内容为一般情况、器官捐献知识、器官捐献态度、器官捐献意愿等,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果医学实习生器官捐献知识的平均得分为(3.04±1.54)分,不同专业、是否曾经学习或接受过器官移植相关知识、亲友是否有器官捐献经历的实习生器官捐献知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。器官捐献态度平均得分为(82.05±18.37)分,不同性别、本人或家庭成员是否接受器官移植的实习生器官捐献态度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。器官捐献意愿平均得分为(2.78±1.02)分,不同性别、专业及心理状态、是否曾经学习或接受过器官移植相关知识、本人或家庭成员是否接受器官移植的实习生捐献意愿得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。亲友是否有器官捐献经历、是否学习或接受过器官移植相关知识是医学实习生器官捐献知识的影响因素;性别是实习生器官捐献态度和意愿的影响因素。结论该院医学实习生的器官捐献知识得分较低,态度和意愿得分处于中等,应该增加器官捐献相关知识的培训和宣传,提高器官捐献意愿水平。
Objective To investigate the knowledge,willingness,attitude and the related influencing factors of organ donation among medical interns in a third Class A hospital in Urumqi.Methods From January to February 2022,323 undergraduate students aged 18 to 26 years old from a third Class A hospital in Urumqi were selected as the research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey.The survey contents included general information,knowledge of organ donation,attitude towards organ donation and intention of organ donation,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results The average score of the interns′organ donation knowledge was(3.04±1.54).There were statistically significant differences in organ donation knowledge scores among the interns with different majors,whether the interns learned or received transplantation related knowledge,and whether the relatives and friends had donation experience(P<0.05).The average score of the interns′attitude towards organ donation was(82.05±18.37)points,and there were statistically significant differences in the score of the interns′attitude towards organ donation among the different genders and whether the interns or their family members had received organ transplantation(P<0.05).The average score of organ donation intention was(2.78±1.02),and the score of donation intention of the interns with different gender,professional and psychological status,whether the interns had learned or received transplantation related knowledge,and whether the interns or their family members had received organ transplantation had statistical significance(P<0.05).Whetherthe relatives and friends had experience in organ donation,whether they had learned or received relevant knowledge of organ transplantation was the influencing factor of medical interns′organ donation knowledge.Gender is the influencing factor of interns′attitude and willingness to donate organs.Conclusion The knowledge level of organ donation of the medical interns in the hospital is low,and the scores of attitude and
