摘要
研究了几何因素对U Beam分离器的影响。研究发现 :影响迷宫分离器效率的因素 ,除了颗粒性质、操作条件外 ,几何因素也有着重要影响 ;灰斗结构对分离效率影响巨大 ,设计零压力区或负压区的灰斗对消除前排挡条对后排档条的影响、提高分离效率有着重要意义 ;挡条后面开卸压口的做法没有达到安全卸压和提高分离效率的作用 。
The paper presents the results of geometry effects on the performance of U-Beam labyrinth for circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boil er. The result shows that, Geometry factors have an important effects on labyrin th performance except for operation conditions and particle feature; The structu re of ash collecting bin has an obvious effect on separation efficiency, reasona ble pressure gradient distribution in ash collecting bin will be benefit for gas solid separation; Pressure drain open area after U-beam in ash bin can not imp rove separation which can only make a short way for particle entrainment.
