摘要
研究了循环流化床锅炉中的中小颗粒的颗粒形貌及相关的一些基本参量.采用显微镜、数码摄像等手段,测量了150颗筛分尺寸小于3.2mm的颗粒.结果表明,(1)测量的颗粒是双峰分布;(2)投影面积分布和投影周长分布在较小颗粒尺寸范围内都存在两次阶跃,阶跃过后变化平坦;(3)颗粒长短度变化不大,而扁平度变化明显,1/4的颗粒具有明显的片状特征(38颗),1/2颗粒具有较强的片状特征的(83颗).接近1/2的颗粒具有较好的球形度(67颗);(4)Krumbein球形度与投影面积具有类似的变化,出现2次阶跃,稳定在0.4~0.6之间.多数颗粒具有稳定的Zingg指数,说明颗粒整体形态具有一定的相似性.
Some basic morphology parameters of particles,total 150 from 0.15 to 3.2 mm,sampled from a circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler were measured using digital camera and microscopy.The result showed that(1) these particles had a bimodal distribution which is different from fly ash of CFB boiler,(2) particle project area and project perimeter had a minimum value zone within finer size range,(3) aspect ratio showed that more than 1/4 particles had stronger chip shape morphology,1/2 particles had obvious chip shape tendency and less than a half particles showed good sphericity,and(4) Krumbein sphericity had a similar change with particle project area,also had a minimum value zone within finer size.Zingg index in a steady distribution means that these particles had a good similarity.
