摘要
一、前言 近代的空冷器不仅在空气侧采用翅片以扩展换热表面面积,而且还力图合理设计翅片的形状使之增强翅片表面的换热系数来强化空冷器的传热。与单管平翅片相比,连续平翅片消除了气流短路,使各管的导热可以互补,紧凑性好且适合于大规模机械化生产。因此,连续平翅片传热的强化更受重视。Goldstein和Sparrow采用波纹状翅片进行实验,当Re=1000时测得其传热系数比同尺寸的平翅片要增高45%左右。Nakayama对百叶窗式翅片空冷器进行了研究。
The experimental results and their correlations of heat transfer, pressure drop and flow visualization in the flow cross chevron and louver finned-tube banks have been proposed. According to the comparizon and analysis between the present data and the results of plate finned-tube bank, the chevron and louver finned-tube banks are recommended for the better types of the air-cooler design.
