摘要
上海市中浅层地下空间开发利用已趋于饱和,随着城市进一步发展,对深层地下空间的开发利用已进入起步阶段。正确评估上海市深层地下空间资源是对其合理开发利用的基础。文章分析了上海市深层地下空间开发利用特点,梳理了深层地下空间功能设施,提出对深层地下空间开发利用布局的建议;梳理影响上海市深层地下空间开发利用容量的因素,定量评估深层地下空间开发利用容量;构建上海市深层地下空间开发利用价值评估指标体系,基于最优传递矩阵法和线性加权总和法,确定评估指标权重,建立价值评估模型,作上海市中心城区深层地下空间开发利用价值等级分布,并以上海世博会园区为例,评估深层地下空间的开发利用价值。
The development and utilization of the shallow and middle underground space in downtown Shanghai is almost saturated,and with the city’s further development,the development has turned to the deep underground space.To ensure its reasonable development and utilization,resources of deep underground space in Shanghai need to be assessed properly.In this paper,firstly,current development features and facilities were presented,together with suggestions on the optimal layout of deep underground space in Shanghai.Secondly,factors affecting the capacity of the deep underground space were analyzed and the capacity was calculated quantitatively.Thirdly,a systematic set of indices for evaluating the development and utilization value of the deep underground space was established and the weight of each index was calculated adopting the method of improved analytic hierarchy process,based on the concept of optimal transfer matrix and the expert inquiring method.Finally,the rating distribution of the development and utilization value of deep underground space in the urban cores in Shanghai was established and to serve as an example,the value in the Shanghai Expo Site was also evaluated by using the linear weight sum method.
