芜湖市城市集中建设区地下空间资源评估研究 被引量:6

Study on Assessment of Urban Underground Space Resources in Wuhu City

摘要 以芜湖市城市集中建设区为例,探讨地下空间资源评估的思路,建立资源综合质量评估模型,在充分分析该区自然、环境、人文、建设4个要素以及空间区位、用地功能等影响因素的基础上,采用层次分析法计算原理,结合专家调查问卷,确定各评价指标的权重总序,运用GIS技术和模糊综合评价原理,评价地下空间资源工程适宜性和潜在开发价值,得出地下空间资源综合质量评估,划定地下空间分区管控,并估算地下空间资源容量,得出较为完善的芜湖市地下空间资源评估结果。该评估结果成功地指导了最新的芜湖市城市地下空间暨人防工程综合利用规划(以下简称芜湖市"两规合一")的编制工作,并纳入了相关章节。 Taking the urban concentrated construction area of Wuhu City as an example,exploring the ideas of assessment on underground space resources,establishing a comprehensive quality assessment model of resources,on the basis of fully analyzing the four factors of nature,environment,humanities and construction in the area,as well as the influence factors such as spatial location and land use function,applying computational principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP),combining expert questionnaire,determining the weight order of each evaluation index,applying GIS technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle,evaluating engineering suitability and potential development value on underground space resources,and getting the comprehensive quality evaluation on underground space resources,delimiting subarea management and control of underground space,and estimating the capacity of underground space resources,obtaining more complete results of assessment on underground space resources in Wuhu City finally. The evaluation results successfully guided the compilation of the latest Comprehensive Utilization Planning for Urban Underground Space and Civil Air Defense Project in Wuhu City( Hereinafter referred to as " twoin-one" in Wuhu City),and brought into the relevant chapters. Assessment on underground space resources provides reference for scientific and rational development of underground space in Wuhu City,and it is of great significance to the urbanization of Wuhu City to the spatial integration and three-dimensional development.
