摘要
目的:讨论品质管理圈(QCC)在妇产科开展优质护理服务中的应用。方法:收治妇产科患者200例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例;对照组给予常规护理服务,观察组给予品质管理圈优质护理,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果:观察组患者护理满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科护理服务当中采用品质管理圈优质护理服务不仅能够提高护理服务质量,还能提高患者满意度。
Objective:To discuss the application of quality control circle on the high quality nursing service in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:200 patients hospitalized in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group were given quality control circle of high quality of nursing,then we compared nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups.Results:The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle of high quality nursing service applicated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can not only improve the quality of nursing service,but also improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
