摘要
本文主要对越城区下属医疗单位在分级诊疗制度下存在的问题和困难进行论述和分析。基层医院药品种类配备不足、临床技术水平相对较低、分级诊疗机制尚未形成等因素影响分级诊疗制度的有效实施。因此,应加强分级诊疗政策的宣传,建立医疗联合体试点,加强基层医院临床技术力量的培养和完善基层医院的信息化建设,稳步推进分级诊疗工作。
In this paper,the problems and difficulties existing in the grassroots medical institutions of yuecheng district under the classification diagnosis system were discussed and analyzed.The factors including the insufficient drug types,relatively low of technical level,no forming classification diagnosis had affect the effective implementation of the classification diagnosis.Therefore,the propaganda of classification diagnosis policy was strengthened,the medical association pilot were build,the clinical technical cultivation of the grassroots hospital were strengthened,the informatization construction of hospital were improved and the classification diagnosis were pushed forward steadily.
