摘要
目的:对分级诊疗模式下川东北地区县级医院临床护士综合能力进行调查分析,为制定提升临床护士综合能力培养机制提供依据。方法:采用一般资料问卷和护士能力测评量表对川东北地区6家县级医院414名临床护士进行调查,并将调查结果进行分析。结果:随着职称的提升和工作年限的增加,护士的综合能力逐步提高,但是工作11~15年护士的能力稍有下降的趋势。结论:护士的综合能力与职称和工作年限密切相关,可根据测评结果优化护士培训机制以提高护理人员的临床护理能力。
Objective: To investgate and analyze the comprehensive ability of clinical nurses in county hospitals in Northeast Sichuan,and to provide the basis for improving the comprehensive ability training mechanism of clinical nurses. Methods: A general information questionnaire and a nurse competency scale were all used to investgate 414 nurses from 6 country hospitals in the Northeast Sichuan,and analyzed the survey results. Results: With the promotion of positional titles and the increase of working years,the comprehensive ability of nurses gradually increased,but the ability of nurses working 11-15 decreased slightly. Conclusion: Comprehensive abilities of nurse have close relationship with positional title and length of employment. According to the evaluation results,the nurse training mechanism can be optimized to improve the nursing staff's clinical nursing ability.
