摘要
分析福建医科大学附属南平第一医院以托管模式搭建医联体建设的实践经验,证明市级医疗机构从医疗技术、管理理念等多方面对托管单位进行支撑,对进一步推进分级诊疗工作,改善基层医院的学科建设和人才培养,提升基层医院的医疗及管理水平起到一定作用。坚持政府主导、统筹医联体内资源共享、加强政策宣传能进一步优化医联体建设,推动医联体的良性发展。
The practical experience of Nanping first affiliated hospital of Fujian medical university in establishing medical treatment partnerships in trusteeship mode was analyzed to prove that supports from municipal medical institutions to entrusted hospitals in fields such as medical technologies and management philosophies would benefit the hierarchical medical system,improve the discipline construction,personnel training,medical treatment and management of primary hospitals.It was also claimed that policy guidance from government and resources sharing among medical treatment partners would further optimize the construction of medical treatment partners and promote its sound development.
