摘要
在分析传统物料清单结构的基础上,提出了基于GBOM和CBR的产品配置模型,着重讨论基于模糊综合评判的相似实例提取方法.该方法通过对定性属性、定量属性指标以及模糊数量型属性指标的评价,从众多相似方案中提取出与客户需求最相近的方案.最后以电池自动检测分选机为例,阐述了该方法的实际应用.
The product configuration process based on GBOM and CBR was studied after the traditional Bill-of-Material was analyzed. Fuzzy Synthetical Judgment was also employed to pick-up the similar case. A most similar case to customer requirement was derived from a series of similar cases by judging the qualitative target, the quantitative target and the fuzzy quantitative target. An example about the battery automatic quality-evaluating machine was given to verify the method.
