摘要
阐述了一个被MRPⅡ长期忽略而又现实存在的问题——实际生产中参数对确定产品结构的影响,提出了一种基于面向对象思想的开发对象系统的普适性方法,针对上述参数化产品结构分解的问题,利用这种方法建立了配置开关对象系统的OMT模型,并在实践中开发了原型系统,取得了较满意的应用。本文采用面向对象的方法解决了MRPⅡ未曾考虑到的问题,对MRPⅡ的实践具有一定价值。
A practical problem, product decomposing always based on many technical parameters in real production,is stated firstly,and this problem has been ignored by MRPⅡ for a long time.Then a new method of developing object system which makes use of Object Oriented Technology is put forward.The method is applicable to solve a sort of problems induced by fuzzy factor.At last,based on this method, an OMT model of Matching Switch Object System is proposed,which handles the problem of product decomposing based on parameters well.Moreover,a prototype system of Matching Switch has been put into practice and made further perfection to MRPⅡ.
