摘要
针对复杂工程产品数据管理系统中模型缺乏运行时增量式动态定义与扩展及对过程知识支持较弱等问题,研究了复杂工程产品数据管理模型的构建,提出了基于上下文的适应性产品数据管理模型。给出了模型基本概念及其形式化定义,建立了以全局结构树为主线的数据组织方式,并给出了数据在不同上下文间的演化机制及中性信息的定义。讨论了模型到层次对象Petri网的过程映射,给出了模型集成框架。通过在某企业中的应用,验证了所提模型的有效性。
For complex engineering product data management system,there was no model definition and extension at run-time incrementally and dynamically and also little support for the process knowledge.In order to deal with these problems,complex engineering product data modeling was studied.Context-based adaptive data management model was proposed.Fundamental concepts of the model and their formal definition were presented;a global structure tree based data organization was established;data evolution mechanism among different contexts was discussed,and the concept of neutral information was defined;the process mapping from the model to the object Petri net was discussed.Integrated framework and its application example verified the effectiveness of this model.
