摘要
全球化、多元化和现代科学技术,特别是信息技术飞速发展迫切需要外语专业本科生发展信息技术能力。本文以新伦敦小组发展的多元读写能力理论、Bernstein(1999)发展的代码理论和Maton(2013)发展的合法代码理论为理论基础,探讨如何发展外语本科生的信息技术能力。本文首先探讨了信息技术能力及其培养方式的研究现状,确定了何为信息技术能力,并综述了已发展的几个信息技术能力培养模式,接着探讨了构建信息技术能力的理论基础,然后,构建了信息技术能力培养模式,最后讨论了信息技术能力及其培养模式的特点。本研究发现:1)信息技术能力是两种能力的融合;信息能力是核心能力,技术能力是手段,而且涉及知识、技能和情感诸方面;2)在构建信息技术能力中,只有将多元读写能力理论、知识结构理论和合法符码理论有机结合才能使两种能力融合为一体进行培养;3)两种能力的培养既各有侧重,又相互联系,形成一个一体化培养模式。希望本研究对于信息技术和数字技术能力的培养有一定启示。
The rapid development of globalization, diversity and information technology requires English majors to develop informational and technological competence. The present article is intended to explore how to develop such a competence on the basis of New London Group’s multilieracies, Bernstein’s code theory and Maton’s legitimate code theory. It first reviews the status quo of researches on informational and technological competence, and the teaching models for developing such a competence;then it describes the theoretical bases of researches on informational and technological competence;thirdly, it constructs the teaching model for developing the informational and technological competence, and finally, it discusses the characteristics of such a competence and its teaching model. It finds that: 1) informational and technological competence is the integration of two related competences: informational competence is the core competence, while the technological competence is the measure and means for executing such a competence;2) In developing informational and technological competence, only when the three theories are integrated can the two competences become unified in the teaching process;3) The development of each of the two competences focuses on certain distinct aspects, but they are also related with each other so that they form a unified whole. It is hoped that the present research can shed light on the future researches on competences in information technology and digital technology.
