摘要
德国是世界上职业教育较发达的国家之一,其特点是实行“双元制”,它的主要经验在于:有完善的法律法规、国家对职教发展起到的核心作用以及实行校企联合并且企业占主导地位,整个职教系统运作有法可依、分工合作、互相协调。德国的成功经验对我国职业教育的发展有其借鉴作用。
Germany is one of the countries with comparatively developed vocational education, the trait of which is exercising 'dualities'. Its successful experience includes complete laws and statutes, the leading part that the country plays in the development of vocational education, an exercise of school-enterprise joint management with the enterprises taking the lead. The operation of the whole vocational education system is law-abiding, cooperative and coordinative. German successful experience in vocational education can be a guidepost for the growth of vocational education in China.
