摘要
本文用高级近似衍射理论分析双光栅干涉仪的特性,给出在非相干光照明下产生高反差干涉条纹的一般条件。进一步分析指出,光栅干涉仪满足这个条件时,不论用什么样的光源照明,均能形成完好的高反差等间距直条纹。实验结果和理论分析基本相符。
In this paper the performance of doublegrating interferometers is analysized by means of higher-order approximate diffraction theoryThe general conditions are derived under which the system forms high contrast fringe pattern when illuminated with incoherent source. Through fu. rther analysis, it is shown that even under illumination of any and all lightwaves, the grating interferometers designed according to the derived conditions can yield perfect equalsoacing straight fringe patterns. The experiment and theoretical results are in good agreement.
