摘要
本文利用非近似方法分析双正交光栅干涉仪,给出形成高反差干涉图样的匹配条件和消色差条件,指出能形成不平行于光栅栅线和多光束相干叠加的消色差干涉条纹.
Inthis paper the double-cross-grating interferometer is analysized by meansof nonapproximate approach. Its match condition and achromatic conditions are derived underwhich the system forms high contrast fringe patterms. It is shown that this interferometer iscapable of yielding the fringes which is not parallel to the grooves of the cross-gratings andthe achromatic ones which result from inteference each other of more than two beams.
