摘要
本文介绍了数据包络分析(DEA)的基本原理,提出了DEA分级有效性的评价方法,并且对中国区域投资的分级有效性进行了评价,绘出了中国区域投资有效性的雁行形态图。在此基础上,得出结论,并进一步就影响投资有效性的因素提出对策。
Firstly this article introduces the basic principle of the data envelopment analysis(DEA), brings forward the evaluation method for the hierarchical effectiveness of DEA, and evaluates the hierarchical effectiveness in China's regional investment ,and then, draws the figure of flying wild goose of regional investment effectiveness in China. Based on this, this paper comes to a conclusion that the cause that affects the effectiveness in investment must be found out and overcome.
