摘要
在试验室研制、工业制备放大和工业应用试验的基础上,进行SD-1石蜡加氢精制催化剂的批量生产,并在大庆石化公司炼油厂100kt/a中压石蜡加氢生产装置上首次工业应用。应用效果良好,产品蜡除含油量由计划控制外,其它指标到达全炼优级品要求,生产操作指标明显优于国产同类催化剂,处于国内二十世纪90年代先进水平。
On the basis of experimental research,commercial fully-scaled amplifying and commercial application test,SD-1Paraffin wax hydro refining catalyst is produced in batches and initially applied in100kt/a medium pressure paraffin wax hydro refining pro-duction unit of Daqing Petrochemical Branch Company oil refinery plant.The application result shows satisfaction,other indexes of the paraffin wax produced reach fully refined excellent product requirement except oil content is controlled by plan,with production and operation indexes obviously better than that of domestic similar catalyst,and is equivalent to domestic advanced level of1990's.
