摘要
铂锡重整催化剂的工业生产采用了新的催化剂制备流程,其中包括新的载体制备路线、金属组分的高度分散、氯含量的调节以及采用工业氢进行催化剂预还原等.分析和评价结果表明,工业生产的催化剂的各项性能指标均已达到国外引进的同类催化剂的水平.国产铂锡重整催化剂在克拉玛依炼油厂重整装置上的工业应用显示出催化剂具有液收率高、生成油辛烷值高以及循环氢纯度高等明显的优点.
A nwe flow scheme was adopted for the production of Pt-Sn reforming catalyst with improvements in carrier preparation,metal dispersion,chloride level regulation and using steam reforming hydrogen as reducing gas.The results of characterization and evaluation indicated that the performance of the commercially produced catalyst is excellent and is comparable to the imported similar catalyst.This catalyst has been put to use in a platforming unit of Kelamayi refinery.Data of commercial operation illustrate that the catalyst has the merits in high liquid yield,high octane number of reformate and high purity of recycle hydrogen.
