摘要
针对国内石蜡原料劣质化的趋势以及对石蜡产品质量要求的提高,开发适于处理劣质蜡料的加氢精制催化剂及其工艺技术,成为生产高质量石蜡产品的关键。介绍了我国自主研发的SD-2石蜡加氢精制催化剂的特点,及其在大连石化蜡加氢装置生产高熔点石蜡产品的应用情况。装置在100%负荷下的标定结果显示:在较低反应温度下,高熔点石蜡的光安定性从9号降至4号,赛色号从12号提高至30号,产品质量达到标准要求。应用结果表明,SD-2催化剂可在较低的反应压力和温度下加工高熔点劣质蜡料,具有较好的初活性及活性稳定性,生产的高熔点石蜡产品质量达到标准要求。
In view of the deterioration tendency of raw material of paraffin inland and the higher demand to the quality of paraffinproducts, the development of hydrorefining catalyst and technology which is suitable for disposing the poor quality paraffin raw materialsbecomes the key to producing high quality paraffin products. The features of SD-2 catalyst for paraffin hydrorefining which is independ？ently researched and developed are presented, and the application status of producing paraffin products with high melting point in paraf？fin hydrogenation unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company is described. The unit is calibrated under 100% production load and the resultsshow that light stability value of high melting point paraffin reduces from 9#to 4#, saybolt coloration value increases from 12#to 30#un？der the lower temperature, and the product quality meets the requirements. The application results indicate that the SD-2 catalyst canbe adopted to dispose high melting point and poor quality paraffin raw materials under lower pressure and temperature, which has preferable initial activity and activity stability. The quality of the product can reach the standard requirements of high melting point paraffin.
