摘要
目的:观察中药自拟方消斑片治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选择黄褐斑患者120例,随机分为2组。治疗组60例内服消斑片;对照组60例内服维生素C,并配合3％氢醌霜外擦治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈12例,显效17例,好转23例,无效8例,总有效率86.67％;对照组痊愈7例,显效13例,好转16例,无效24例,总有效率60.00％。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:消斑片治疗黄褐斑有较好的临床疗效,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xiaoban tablet (XT) for chloasma(CS). Methods: 120 cases of CS were allocated to 2 groups. The treatment group(60 cases) was treated by internal use of XT and the control group(60 cases)by internal use of vitamin C and external application of 3% Hydroquinone cream. The curative effects of both groups were observed. Results: In treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 17 cases effective, 23 cases improved and 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 86. 67% , and in contol group 7, 13, 16, 24 and 60. 00% respectively( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: XT possesses a good clinical effect for CS without toxic and side effects and is worthy for clinical popularization.
