摘要 分析了能够实施水库群联合调度的基本条件和水库群防洪实时调度中应考虑的主要因素;提出了并联水库群防洪联合调度库容分配模型,该模型可以表达空间上不同防洪点的重要性差异,实现补偿调度模式与削峰调度模式的自由组合;从目标函数的物理意义出发,提出了分步迭代交互求解方法,该方法能最大限度体现决策者的偏好,保障解的合理性和可操作性,提高了计算速度,满足了群决策会商的实时性要求;实例研究表明文中提出的方法是合理有效的。 The basic conditions for implementing united regulation of multireservoir and main factors needed to be considered in realtime regulation of multireservoir for flood control were analyzed. The model of reservoir storage allocation of parallel multireservoir united regulation for flood control was established. The spatial significance difference at different flood control points can be determined by using the model. The compensating regulation pattern can be freely combined with peakcut regulation pattern in the model. Based on the physical meaning of the objective function, the step alternation solving method was proposed. This method can maximally consider bias of decision makers, guarantee the reasonableness and practicability of the solutions, which can increase the calculating speed and satisfy the requirements for realtime decisionmaking. The case study shows that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
