井库流量补偿式配水系统及其配水方式研究 被引量:4

摘要 分析城市多水源供水工程中配水系统不同组成方式存在的不足,通过改进"供水水库+调节水库"联合供水方式,创新地提出了一种井库流量补偿式配水系统。配水系统在调节水库库岸增设配水井,上游供水水库输水管道接入配水井后再向下游水厂供水,配水井设连通闸与调节水库连通,配水井与调节水库之间供水流量可相互补偿,在常规的供水水库单独供水、调节水库单独供水、供水水库和调节水库联合供水配水方式基础上,还具有供水水库向调节水库和下游水厂同时供水的功能。配水井是井库流量补偿调节的中枢,配水井的布置以及体型对系统调节的稳定性及效率影响巨大,结合千岛湖配水工程水工模型试验成果,提出了一种岸坝组合碗式配水井结构。 This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction methods of different water distribution systems in urban multi source water supply project,by improving the regular mode of water supply reservoir plus regulating reservoir,new water distribution system for compensating water between distribution well and regulating reservoir is proposed. In this system,a distribution well should be set at the regulating reservoir bank,and water flows from supply reservoir to downstream water works through the well. A sluice gate is also set between the distribution well and regulating reservoir,the water distributing well and regulating reservoir can compensate water for each other. The proposed system not only has regular functions of water supply from supply reservoir,regulating reservoir or both,but also can deliver water from supply reservoir to both regulating reservoir and water works. Water distribution well is the center of the water distribution system,the arrangement and the size of the water distribution well has great influence on the stability and efficiency of the system,according to the results of the hydraulic model test of the water distribution project of Qiandao Lake,a bowl-type distribution well was proposed,which combined with reservoir bank and dam.
