摘要
针对现代通信装备测试需求多样、测试流程繁琐、维修保障困难等问题,采用PXI总线架构和"视图、控制逻辑、模块驱动三类任务分离"的思想,设计了一款集通用虚拟仪器、一键测试、流程开发与测试、装备管理、故障诊断和故障预测等多种测试功能于一体的便携式电台综合测试仪。该综合测试仪具备标准化、模块化、组合化的特点,实现了对短波、超短波通信装备的便携式智能维修保障。实验结果表明,综合测试仪的各项功能与性能指标均达到了甚至部分指标已超过了市场上同类产品,具有很好的应用前景。
For the issues of the modern communication equipment testing,including various testing requirement,tedious testing process,difficult maintenance support and so on,a portable radio integrated tester is designed. Adopting PXI bus architecture and the idea of separating view task,control logic task,and module driven task,the integrated tester integrates multiple testing functions of general virtual instrument,one-click testing,process development and testing,equipment management,fault diagnosis and prognosis,etc. The integrated tester has the character of standardization,modularization,and combination,which realizes the portable intelligent maintenance support for communication equipment of short wave and ultrashort wave. Experimental results show that the functional and performance indexes of the integrated tester have reached or even exceeded those of other products,and the integrated tester has very good application prospect.
