摘要
光栅传感器受工艺与材质误差干扰,测量结果易出现偏移现象,进行传感特性准确校准已经成为光栅传感器精确检测应用的重点.围绕布拉格光栅传感器校准系统开发展开研究,完成了敏感模块的开发与性能分析,构建了传感器校准系统;通过布拉格光栅传感器性能测试实验,验证了校准系统的可行性.结果表明,该校准装置灵敏度可达2.844×10^(-7),重复性9.89%,可以满足传感器校准应用需求.
There are measurement deviations of grating sensor attribute to the interferences of process and material quality.So the calibration of sensing characteristics has become the key to the accurate detection research and industrial application of grating sensor.This study focuses on the development of calibration system of fiber bragg grating sensor.The sensitive module has been designed,of which the performance is also analyzed,and then the calibration system is developed.The performance testing of the fiber bragg grating sensor is carried out,and the feasibility of the calibration system is verified.The measurement results show that the calibration device can reach sensibility of 2.844×10-7 and repeatability of 9.89%.This system can meet calibration demand of the fiber bragg grating sensor.
