摘要 从传统维修保障模式面临的挑战出发,介绍了PHM技术的内涵和原理,技术特点和技术要素,通过对PHM理论的分析,明确了舰船装备PHM 系统的功能。对PHM技术应用于舰船装备维修保障中的有效性和可行性进行了研究,初步构建了舰船装备PHM系统的组成,并对其中的关键技术进行了分析,指出了舰船装备维修保障中引入PHM技术的发展方向。 It described the connotation, principle, structure, function, technical attributes and technical elements of PHM technology focus on the facing challenge of the traditional maintenance support mode and clarify the function of the ship equipped with PHM system thorough analysis to Prognostics and Health Management Theory (PHM); It studied the effectiveness and practicability of PHM technology applied to ship maintenance support and designed PHM system structure and sensor net structure in maintenance support for ship equipment; It initially constructed ship equipped PHM compositio n, analyzed the key technique contained and pointed out the development orientation for the ship at adopting PHM in maintenance support.
