摘要
给出了收益值法在舰船装备维修过程控制中的应用程序,并应用收益值法对某型舰中修过程中的超预算和拖进度现象进行了定量分析,提出了考核期对完工费用进行预测的几种具体方法,最终证实了收益值法在舰船装备维修过程控制中的应用是可行且有效的。
Applying procedure of the earned value measure in the control of maintenance process of warship equipment is given.The exceedance of estimation and the drag of schedule are analyzed quantitatively in repair of some type warship and the concrete forecast of cost at completion is put forward in the date of examine,which finally proves feasible and valid.
