摘要
某型发动机在厂内加速模拟800h试车后,在对Ⅰ、Ⅱ级涡轮叶片进行荧光渗透检测时发现裂纹,经冶金分析,该叶片裂纹为抛修裂纹,是叶片在制造过程中产生的缺陷。笔者分析了这种情况产生的原因,旨在找出如何在制造阶段发现抛修裂纹等细微缺陷,以确保产品质量。
After 800 hours accelerated simulation and commissioning, cracks were found by fluorescent penetrant inspection on Level I and Level II Aero-Engine turbine vanes.By metallographic analyzing,polishing cracks were found and they occured under vanes' producing process.This article analyzed the reason of this situation,aiming to find out how to discover the tiny defects such as polishing cracks during the turbine Vanes making and to assure the products' quality.
