摘要
针对镶铸双金属涡轮结构复杂的特性,开展了超声双探头法在结合界面区域检测方法的研究。首先,利用声线模型研究了超声声束对涡轮结合界面的覆盖及反射规律;双探头法利用有无缺陷处波幅差来判别缺陷;然后,用有限元分析软件对声波在涡轮内部的传播规律进行仿真。试验对象为带人工缺陷的涡轮,利用双探头法配合多角度楔块对其进行检测。结果表明,缺陷信号明显,缺陷定位精度高,绝对误差不超过2mm。
Aiming at the complicated characteristics of bimetallic turbine structure,the ultrasonic double probe method was used to detect the interface area.Firstly,the coverage and reflection of the ultrasonic beam on the interface of the turbine were analyzed by the acoustic line model.The double probe method was used to identify the defect with difference of the amplitude of the defect.Then,the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the acoustic wave propagation in the turbine.A turbine with artificial defects was detected by double probe method combined with multi-angle wedge.Experimental results show that the defect signal is very clear with the high defect location accuracy and the absolute error less than 2mm.
