摘要
对燃气轮机二级动叶片失效件进行了化学成分分析、金相组织观察、晶粒度测定、夹杂物检查及断口分析。结果表明,叶片断裂的原因是在长时间高温作用下,碳化物(M_(23)C_6)析出并集聚于晶界,近晶界处出现贫铬区,产生表层晶界严重氧化过烧,使热强性降低,材料脆化而产生断裂失效。
In this paper, the chemical contents, microstructure, inclusion, grain size and fracture analysis of the second grade gas turbine blade were investigated. It showed that the rupture of turbine blade result from its long-time use at high temperature, the carbide ( M_(23) C_6 ) separated out and assembled on the grain botmdary, and the region of lack chromium appeared near the grain boundary. The surface of the blade was oxidized so serious that its intensity of resisting high temperature decreased, and the material became fragility, which result in rupture failure.
