摘要
目的探讨综合心理护理对改善强迫症患者症状的临床价值。方法随机将我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的62例强迫症患者分为两组,每组31例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行综合心理护理。结果观察组总有效率、Y-BOCS评分以及心理状态评分等指标均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合心理护理可有效改善强迫症患者的临床症状。
Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive psychological nursing in improving the symptoms of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods 62 patients with obsessivecompulsive disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January2018 were randomly divided into two groups,31 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive psychological care on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate,Y-BOCS score and psychological state score of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
