摘要
目的探究家属健康教育联合心理干预对强迫症患者情绪及病耻感的影响。方法选择2020至2022年于秦皇岛市九龙山医院接受治疗的120例强迫症患者作为研究对象,按按照随机原理将其分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。患者均采用药物治疗,对照组辅以常规护理,试验组辅以家属健康宣教+心理干预,比较2组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)中状态焦虑量表(SAI)特质焦虑量表(TAI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组精神疾病内在病耻感调查表(ISMI)中疏远、刻板认同、歧视经历、社会退缩和病耻感抵抗的评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组耶鲁布朗强迫量表(YBOCS)中强迫行为、强迫思维和总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属健康教育联合心理干预可有效减轻患者的焦虑情绪和病耻感,并提高其服药依从性,从而改善强迫症状。
Objective To explore the impact of family health education combined with psychological intervention on the mood and stigma of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 120 patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder who were treated in the Qinhuangdao Jiulongshan Hospital from 2020 to 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases per group.All patients were medicated,and conventional nursing,and psychological intervention combined with family health education were applied to patients of control group and experimental group,respectively.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of the State Anxiety Inventory(SAI)and the Trait Anxiety Inventory(TAI)in the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of alienation,stereotyped identification,discrimination experience,social withdrawal,and stigma resistance in the Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Inventory(ISMI)were significantly lower in the experimental group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compulsive behavior,compulsive thinking and total scores of the Yale Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale(YBOCS)of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family health education combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate anxiety and stigma,and improve the medication compliance,thereby improving obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
