摘要
图书馆作为服务性学术机构,在开发信息资源、提高服务水平、发挥科研优势上,必须引进和实行竞争机制。本文就影响图书馆员工作积极性的因素及对馆员所采取激励机制应注意的方式进行了探讨。
The library be used as the scientific research organization of the service,and want to strongly up the librarian to make the enthusiasm,and transfer subjective ability of librarian,and develop the information resources,and increase the service level,and develop scientific research advantages,and must usher in with practice to compete mechanism.This article mainly reported the factors hamper librarian,and special measures that encourage librarian,and special measures that encourage librarian.And modes that librarian should be pay attention to.
