摘要
在图书馆管理中创建科学合理的激励方法,在公平合理的前提下,坚持以人为本,满足馆员的物质需求,实现馆员追求的目标价值,可以充分调动馆员的积极性,使图书馆事业适应社会高速发展的需要,更好地为教学科研和社会服务。
In the library,to create a scientific and rational incentive approach, upholding＂people-centered＂ and meeting the material needs of librarians under a fair and reasonable premise,librarians seeking to achieve the goal of value, can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff so that the library can adapt to social development needs, so as to provide better service for teaching and scientific research and society.
