图书馆员的使命是在读者服务活动中认识读者个体并根据读者个体特点进行类型划分,最终找到自己在"读者第一,服务至上"价值目标中的规划点和定位点。因此,图书馆员对读者类型要有足够的认识和把握。英国学者哈特的内、外在观点论有助于对读者类型进行分析和考查。对读者类型进行划分有助于深入挖掘图书馆员为读者服务的潜力,深化图书馆"读者第一,服务至上"的目标价值。
The mission of librarians is to understand readers in service activities,to classify readers according to individual characteristics,and to locate themselves in the value of ＂reader first,service first＂.Therefore,librarians should understand and grasp the classification of readers sufficiently.British scholar Hart divides readers from internal and external points,which helps to analyze the type of readers.The classification of readers helps to develop potentialities of librarians for serving readers,and promote the realization of ＂reader first,service first＂.
