摘要
本文从危机控制的角度,探究了读者投诉的原因以及投诉的形式,并从危机的化解和防范方面,对读者投诉的处理方法、应对策略等做了一些探讨。
This paper probes into reasons and forms of reader' s appeal in consideration of crisis controls, and discusses the treatment methods and countermeasures of reader's appeal in sight of dissolving crisis and taking precautions of it.
