摘要
本文论述了低氮含量分散型乙烯-丙烯共聚物粘度指数改进剂的原料性质、生产工艺和产品性能评定。以乙烯-丙烯二元共聚物为原料研制的粘度指数改进剂质量达到了国外80年代同类产品水平。用该剂和其它添加剂调制的15W/40CC级柴油机油的1H2试验和其它台架试验结果表明15W/40调制油符合CC级油的规格。
The study on the preparation of low-nitrogen-content dispersed type ethylene-propylene copoly- mer Ⅵ improver is presented. The product thus prepared has been evaluated by various procedures,and the diesel oil 15W/ 40, grade CC formulated with this Ⅵ improver and other additives has passed Caterpillar 1H2 engine test and other bench tests required for CC oil.
