摘要
文章给出了评价润滑油可抗氧化性能的热重分析法。通过比较润滑油在惰性气体和氧气气氛中的热失重曲线,研究了氧化对润滑油蒸发性能及氧化产物形成趋势的影响。结果表明这种方法在润滑油筛选、质量控制和考察基础油组成对抗氧化性能的影响等方面有着潜在的用途。
This paper describes a method for evaluating antioxidation performance of lubricants by thermogravimetric analy-sis (TGA). The influence of oxidation on the volatility of lubricants and the tendency of the formation of oxidation products has been studied by comparing the TGA curves of lubricants obtained under oxygen atmosphere and inert gas atmosphere respectively. The results show that this method is potentially useful for lubricant selection and quality con-trol and for studying influence of base lubricant composition on antioxidation performance.
