摘要
采用SRV摩擦磨损试验机评价了实验室制备的碱性复合磺酸钙基润滑脂在高、低温下的摩擦学性能,并采用三维轮廓扫描仪和X射线光电子能谱仪观察和分析了磨斑表面的磨损情况及表面元素的化学状态。结果表明,高温下碱性复合磺酸钙基润滑脂具有更好的减摩性能,但是其抗磨性能较之室温略有下降。产生这种情况的主要原因是高温下的摩擦表面比室温时有更高的化学反应活性,生成更多的硼酸钙和硫化亚铁,形成能抗磨减摩的覆盖膜。
The tribology properties of high and low temperature of the overbased complex calcium sulfonate grease made in laboratory were evaluated by using Optimol SRV reciprocating friction and wear tester. The worn volume and worn surface chemical composition of steel-steel contact were observed and analyzed by 3D figure scanner and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that the overbased complex calcium sulfonate grease possessed better friction reducing properties at high temperature, but lower wear resistance than that at room temperature, for which the main reason was that the friction surface had higher chemical reactivity at high temperature than at room temperature, to generate more calcium borate and ferrous sulfide, forming a good film to reduce friction and worn volume of steel-steel contact.
