摘要
本文研究了 5种山茶属植物的核型。结果表明 ,这 5种植物都是二倍体 ,核型分别为马关茶 C.makuanica2 n=30 =2 2 mm+8sm;厚轴茶 C.crassicolumna2 n=30 =2 2 m+85m;广南茶C.Kwangnanica2 n=30 =2 2 m( 2 SAT) +8sm;假秃房茶 C.gymnagynoides2 n=30 =2 2 m+6sm+2 st;圆基茶 C.rotundata2 n=30 =2 0 m( 2 SAT) +10 sm( 2 SAT)。厚轴茶和圆基茶的核型为 2 B型 ,其余 3种为 2 A型。本文还对茶组 ( sect.Thea)植物的核型作了讨论。圆基茶和广南茶的核型为本文首次报道。
The present paper dealt with the karyotypes of 5 species of Cameilia by wall degradation through hypotonic treatment and flame drying method.According to the classification systems given by Li Maoxue et al. (1985),the karyotype formula of C.makuanica was 2n=30=22m+8sm, C.crassicolumna 2n=30=22m+8sm, C.kwangnanica 2n=30=22m(2SAT)+8sm, C.gymnagynoides 2n=30=22m+6sm+2st, C.rotundata 2n=30=20m(2SAT)+10sm(2SAT).karyotype asymmetry demonstrated that C.kwangnanica,C.makuanica and C.gymnagynides belonged to 2A type of Stebbins karyotype symmetry; C.crassicolumna and C.rotundata was 2B.karyotypes of C.rotundata and C.kwangnanica were firstly reported in this paper.The karyotypes of Sect.Thea were also discussed.
