摘要 本文综述了液相色谱/光谱(紫外、质谱及核磁共振)联用技术的最新进展及其在中草药有效成 分研究中的应用。并对这一新技术在实际应用中的优缺点及应用前景进行了分析和展望。 The paper reviews the up-todate development of combination of high performance liquid chromato-graphy with UV,MS and NMR and the potential application of the hyphenated technology in the study of Chi-nese traditional herbs.
