摘要 目的研究新疆产准噶尔大戟叶中的化学成分。方法液相色谱条件为色谱柱:岛津CLC-ODS(150mm×4.6mm ID,5μm)分析柱;流动相∶水/甲醇系统梯度洗脱;流速:1mL·min-1;检测波长:280nm;以Agilent多级离子阱质谱仪进行检测。结果从准噶尔大戟叶中鉴定出9个化合物。结论HPLC-MS3能快速、准确的鉴定出天然产物中的化学成分。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Euphorbia soongarica Boiss.(Xinjiang origin).METHODS The separation was performed on the Shimadzu CLC-ODS(150mm×4.6mm ID,5μm) column.The mobile phase was composed of water and methanol system,and the flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1.The wavelength of the UV detector was 280 nm.The spectrometer was Agilent ion trap-mass spectrometer.RESULTS Nine compounds were identified by HPLC-MS3.CONCLUSION The method is rapid and accurate to identify the chemical constituents of the natural products.
