摘要
数学焦虑在我国中小学生中不仅存在 ,而且还比较严重。文中阐述了焦虑对数学学习的影响 ,分析了数学焦虑形成的背景和因素 ,最后提出预防和克服数学焦虑的几点做法。
Math anxiety not only exists in Chinese students,but is also becoming a serious problem. This paper discusses the influence of math anxiety in math study, analyses the background of math anxiety emergence and the reasons of its formation,and in the end,puts forth some suggestions for preventing and overcoming math anxiety.
