摘要
目的 研究新药赤丹退黄颗粒的稳定性。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,测定其稳定性。结果 本品经各种实验条件的考察 ,其外观均为棕褐色颗粒 ,释放度、含量、有关物质等各项考察指标与放置前比较均无明显变化。结论 本品具有良好的稳定性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the stability of the new drug-Chidan Tuihuang granules. METHOD: The concentrations of Chidan Tuihuang granules was determined by HPLC under experimental conditions. RESULTS: This product remained to be brown granules under various test conditions. There were not obvious differences in various indexes such as dilution, content and relevant ingredients between the results obtained before and after the test. CONCLUSION: The product showed excellent stability.
